Cellular Organelle REsearch Laboratory
(CORE Lab.)
Researches
Welcome to CORE Lab. in the School of Biological Science at the University of Ulsan. The Back Laboratory (CORE Lab.) focuses on Cellular organelles, Protein homeostasis and Translational control. We are interested in the “functions of eIF2alpha phosphorylation in regulated proteolysis pathways of misfolded proteins”, “Roles of eIF2alpha phosphorylation in nonalcoholic steatohepatitis and liver fibrosis”, “Development of eIF2alpha phosphorylation regulators as anti-metabolic diseases drugs”, “Development of ATF6alpha regulators as anti-ER stress drugs”, and etc.
